Dr. Rashmin Adesara earned his medical degree at B. J. Medical College in Ahmedabad, India and completed his family medicine residency at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Dr. Adesara came to Community Physician Network from Collinsville, Illinois, where he practiced family medicine and wound care for five years.

Dr. Adesara is board certified and accepting patients of all ages. As a family medicine physician, Dr. Adesara has a special interest in diabetes, weight loss, well child visits and wound care.

In his free time, Dr. Adesara enjoys football, cricket, music, traveling and spending time with his family.
