Dr. Wagner completed his undergraduate degree at Purdue University. He received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG).
