Every class is jam-packed with unique exercises, and super-fun kickboxing techniques. Because you can go at your own pace, our members range from men & women in their early 20s, to men & women in their 50s and 60s. Everyone has a ton of fun together, and gets an amazing workout. Every class begins with a mix of exercises used by pro fighters. Lunges... squats... jumping squats... sit-ups... planks... and even more exercises than you've probably heard of! Each class is different, too - keeping things alive and fresh every time you come. Next, we stretch out those muscles and grab some water. And finally... The fun part ;-). You'll burn away hundreds of calories as you punch and kick your heavy bag. You'll learn moves used by pro fighters like jabs, crosses, hooks, roundhouse kicks, front kicks and more.
